Your Free Consultation For your 'Free Consultation' Lisa can travel to you, meet at her studio or have your consultation online on Skype, depending on where you'd like to have your PT sessions . This gives you the opportunity to tell Lisa more about your fitness goals and what you would like to achieve from your Personal Training sessions. During your consultation you'll complete a Health and Lifestyle Screening Questionnaire, discuss with Lisa how often you'd like to train and when you would like to begin. Consultations normally last for up to 1 hour.
Your Personal Training Sessions Lisa travels to you, either your home, workplace, a local park, wherever is convenient for you or training can take place, at the her private studio in Norwich or on online on Skype video call. Your Personal Training sessions are 1-2-1, which means during your Personal Training session Lisa is focused on YOU and helping you achieve your goals!
Your sessions will normally last for 1 hour. However, your session can be longer, whatever suits you, as your Personal Training is tailored to suit your needs and requirements. If Lisa travels to you for your sessions, she'll bring with her your Personal Training programme and any equipment that's needed. Personal training equipment can be as little or as much as you'd like. She carries small items in her car, such as gym ball, step box, weights, boxing gloves and pads, resistance bands, skipping rope, mats, bench etc. Over the first few weeks of training her clients usually like to purchase their own small pieces of equipment which they then have available to train with in between sessions.
Lisa will write for you a Personal Training Programme for every one of your sessions and any training and instructions needed to enable you to continue training in between your sessions with Lisa.
Lisa provides ongoing support, help and advice by email, text or phone (whatever suits you) and will do her best to answer any of your questions regarding your training and any health and fitness related questions you may have.
Personal Training, how often? It's ideal to train with Lisa once per week. This frequency will really get you started, moving forwards and progressing successfully with your goals. However, this all depends on what works for you. It maybe that you would like to train more than once per week, or once a fortnight or once a month. The most important thing is that it works with your time schedule, your training needs/goals and your budget.

Training with Lisa on Skype video call 1 client - £40.00 per session (1 hour).
Lisa travels to you 1 client - from £52.50 per session (1 hour). Price is based on training needs, requirements and up to an 6 mile radius of NR6 6PA. If you live a further distance than this let Lisa know and she will give you a price based on your location. For clients who would like to train together, Lisa will train up to 3 clients. 2 clients (training together) - from £80.00 per session (1 hour). 3 clients (training together) - from £105.00 per session (1 hour). Remember, when Lisa trains more than one client at the same time, the price for each client works out lower, therefore prices are based on all parties attendance. This is a great way to make sure that your friends stay motivated!
Training at Lisa's Private Studio, Norwich 1 client - £42.50 per session (1 hour). For clients who would like to train together, Lisa will train up to 3 clients. 2 clients (training together) - from £70.00 per session (1 hour). 3 clients (training together) - from £90.00 per session (1 hour). Remember, when Lisa trains more than one client at the same time, the price for each client works out lower, therefore prices are based on all parties attendance. This is a great way to make sure that your friends stay motivated!
Food and Nutrition £35 per hour for any food and nutritional help, plans, advice outside of your training session time. This is specifically for food and nutrition. Please ask if you'd like more details.
Terms and Conditions
If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your allotted time, then you will be expected to pay your full fee.
For any cancellation, for any reason that you are not able to attend your session I ask for a £10 retainer/cancellation payment for that session. If you know in advance that you will need to cancel or you are not able to attend you session (not including within 24 hours) then try and rearrange that session for another time, which will cancel out that £10 fee needing to be paid for a cancelled session.
If at any time you need to stop your training sessions completely, then I require 14 days notice. This includes any session payments over this time period.
On your 1st session I ask for a deposit (deposit to be the same as the cost of 1 of your sessions) as well as your session payment. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your training, minus any outstanding payments.
Session payment to be paid with cash or bank transfer or deposit, in advance or on the day of training.
